- cancel an order or subscription

Cancelling a UPI AutoPay mandate
- Via your UPI app: Open the app you used to approve the mandate → “Mandate/AutoPay” → select our mandate → Revoke/Cancel (Takes effect Immediately; no further debits will be attempted)
- Via us: Email us at [support@nutrichef.io] or from your registered e with your payment reference ( We process the request within 3 business days and confirm by email)
Important: RBI rules require your bank to send a pre‑debit alert at least 24 hours before each charge. If you have already cancelled the mandate, simply ignore the alert; no debit will occur.
Order / Subscription Cancellation
- One‑time purchases: Cancel before the item ships or within 24 hours of purchase—whichever is earlier.
- Digital subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are sent only to the original payment method (your UPI VPA); we cannot redirect them to another account. Razorpay
- Normal speed: 5‑7 business days (bank processing).
- Instant refunds: If Razorpay supports instant refund for your bank, funds may arrive in minutes. (A small fee applies, which we absorb.) Razorpay
- We email you the UTR/ARN once the refund is released so you can trace it with your bank.
Partial or Prorated Refunds
Where only part of an order/service is cancelled, we refund the unused proportion.
Non‑Refundable Items or Situations
- Services already fully rendered
- Items returned outside the eligibility window
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
