Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)
- Instant access: As soon as your payment is authorised, the app or subscription features are unlocked on the account / device associated with your registered email or phone number.
- Delivery method: A download link, activation code, or in‑app entitlement is provided automatically—there is nothing to ship.
- Shipping charges: ₹ 0 always; no courier or handling fees apply.

Exchanges & Re‑downloads
Because our products are digital, “exchanging” an item simply means re‑downloading or re‑activating your existing licence.
- New device or accidental deletion: Re‑download the app from the same store using the original Apple ID or Google account—no cost.
- Bought on the wrong platform (e.g., Android instead of iOS): Cancel through the app store within its grace period and repurchase on the correct platform. App‑store refund rules apply.
- Feature not unlocked after payment: Send us your transaction ID. We will verify and manually activate access within one business day at no charge.
Returns / Refunds
Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy for Razorpay UPI Mandates. Because delivery is instant:
- You can request a refund only if you cancel the UPI AutoPay mandate before the first renewal date and within the eligibility window stated in that policy.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (your UPI VPA). Bank processing typically takes five to seven business days.
